So happy to find Joy at Crunch Diamond Bar. She is a happy and talented teacher . Very clear instruction. Lots of variety throughout the week. Every class, my body feels stretched out and energized. Each session, she starts with asking how I feel first then develop the flows of poses to alleviate my pain. Constantly, after each class, I can walk and move much better.

I don't live in the area, so I had to communicate remotely, but she taught me some very effective stretches and positions that helped me immensely. I was having back/lower back issues with stiffness, and while it hadn't progressed to pain, I think it was getting there. Since doing those exercises, I haven't experienced any stiffness. Very highly recommended, especially if you're a beginner, like me.
